After some requests... finally, an update. Not a lot has been going on lately... we've just been taking it easy since the holidays are over.
Here we are at church on Christmas Eve.

Look at what Santa brought!

Connor had some special time with Uncle Ben.

Mimi and Granddaddy gave him a wagon for Christmas... what fun! (The Bumbo seat fits perfectly in the wagon, by the way!)

On December 28th, Connor was baptized at Parkway Hills, and Jody became a member, too. It was a very special day, and we were fortunate to be joined by a bunch of family!

It was a wonderful day, but left us feeling pooped!

Connor turned 5 months on January 11th, and we started trying out some veggies. So far he seems to like carrots and sweet potatoes, but squash, not so much. Soon we'll try out some green veggies. He does pretty well eating, but sometimes it's a bit hard trying to get him to focus on the food... he tends to be distracted by everything around him, especially his feet!
Connor is working on sitting up on his own, and he's doing very well at it. I haven't captured a picture of it yet, but hopefully I will soon! He is such a happy baby, and very vocal (he can pierce your ears with his squeals of excitement)! He is so much fun, and I can't believe how big he is getting... I can't believe he will soon be 6 months old!
2 babbles:
Looks like you had a great Christmas! Oh how I miss Parkway Hills! We were in Madison for a wedding last May and we went that Sunday. :)
I can't wait to have a baby to hold and play with! (Well, I can wait just a little longer!)
Dale has that same little Quack Duck book and he still loves it, even at 15 months!
